Part-time team assistant

We are looking for someone who can lend a hand with a wide range of issues and not just work through them, but think outside the box. Someone who ensures that our processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Someone who is not afraid to approach others and shines through their communication skills.

A 70-strong team full of friendly experts is waiting for you. You will be on hand to drive processes in the background relating to our accounting, projects or our team. You coordinate, monitor, push, implement some tasks yourself and communicate about the processes to be supported. For example, for our project business: you process incoming orders, ensure that all data is correctly maintained, handle weekly invoicing, transfer customer reviews and pass on feedback to the project team - in this way, you help to ensure that no step is forgotten and that our customer satisfaction and productivity can be kept high. It is also important to you to bring structure to topics and optimize processes in a meaningful way in order to develop us further. Your curiosity, perseverance and initiative help you to do this. On a day-to-day basis, you are also spontaneously available for your colleagues, for example for research or travel planning. Thanks to your positive charisma, people like to approach you anyway.

In addition to supporting administrative processes, which is your core role, you will be part of our reception team: every Friday and sometimes during vacation periods, you will take over reception as a substitute. Among other things, you will welcome and entertain guests, answer calls and prepare meeting rooms.

  • Commercial training or commercial work experience
  • Confident in the use of various Office programs and open to new tools
