Our three managing directors are looking for day-to-day support. You will join them to help them with internal communication and business processes in particular. For example, for our pizza round: once a quarter, our Managing Directors present the company's key figures to all colleagues and give an overview of the status quo. You prepare the PowerPoint by picking out key figures, checking that the content is correct, adding graphics and keeping an eye on the clarity of the slides. With your openness, you also have no problem approaching colleagues and gathering information. In addition to regular meetings or workshops, you also provide support for spontaneous requests from management. For example, if they want to know how much we grew in the previous year: Thanks to your careful research and data preparation, they have a good basis for their discussion.
You will also be part of their meetings right from the start - from organizing and taking minutes through to follow-up. The deeper you delve into our Spirit Link world, the more understanding you will develop for us and our workflows. Over time, you will be able to take on more responsibility, drive topics forward independently and contribute ideas.
