Susanna was diagnosed with bowel cancer in October 2015 at the age of 28 and was classified as a palliative patient only two months later. After immunotherapy the following year, her health is stable today. As a blogger called "Cancer Warrior", she shares her experiences. She tells us how she looks at the communication activities of the pharmaceutical industry and what information she would have liked to have had at the time of her diagnosis and therapy.

With our client BIOTRONIK, we had to plan ahead for an upcoming project in times of a pandemic. Since the Communication Story Sprint for product positioning could not be conducted in face-to-face meetings, we switched to the virtual space together. One learning: digital workshops need more preparation.
