It is clear that health and well-being in the workplace are important. Mental health is a building block of this, alongside physical health. Mental disorders cause long periods of sick leave and 25% of the working population in the EU suffer mental overload or illness once a year. So the topic is relevant. But that alone was not the reason why we put it permanently on the agenda.
